How Does This Flow Work

‍→ Trigger: The flow begins when a new order is fulfilled in your Shopify store, ensuring that the review collection process starts after successful delivery.

‍→ Wait: Set a customized wait time based on your maximum delivery duration to allow customers to receive their orders before requesting reviews.

‍→ Branch: Check for valid and non-empty phone numbers among the root, shipping, and billing phone number fields. The branch with the first valid phone number will be executed.

• Message: Send a WhatsApp message to the customer's phone number, asking if they would be interested in giving a review.
• Wait for Response: Allow a specific time for the customer to respond.
• Send Message with Ratings: Send a WhatsApp message with a list of ratings from 1 to 5 stars, requesting the customer to choose their rating.

‍→ Send Review Request: Follow up with a WhatsApp message explicitly asking the customer for a review.

• Wait for Response: Allow a specific time for the customer to respond.

‍→ Loop: Retrieve product details related to the customer's order.

• Condition: Check if the customer's review is provided in the caption of an image they send. Use the caption as the review if present (true condition), otherwise consider the review as only text (false condition).
• Saved Data: Save and display the collected data, including the review and relevant product details, in the flow's "Saved Data" tab for future reference.

How to Enable the Flow

To enable the collect reviews via whatsapp flow, you need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your FlowHippo Account.

2. Go to Playbooks, search for “Reviews” and click on “Collect Reviews via WhatsApp”

3. Click on “Use this Playbook”.

4. Click "Publish" to make the flow live.
