Fixing the Abandoned Checkout Flow
This video will help you understand how to fix the Abandoned Cart flow to the latest version

Due to recent changes in Shopify APIs, some of your customers might be receiving Abandoned checkout messages even after placing an order. We have now put a fix for this.
To ensure your customers do not face this issue, this video shows you the 3 steps to fix the issue:
1. Disable the currently enabled Abandoned Checkout Flow
2. Clear the Ongoing Instances
3. Enable the latest version of the Abandoned Checkout flow from Playbook. If you had customised your previous Abandoned Checkout flow, you will have to do the same here as well.
