4. Click "Publish" to make the flow live.
Note: If you wish to customize the flow, click "Edit" to modify it to your needs.

HOW DOES THIS FLOW WORK
Once you've enabled the shipping updates flow, it will automatically detect any updates made to the shipping status by you or your third-party delivery partners. Each time there is an update, it will send a message to the customer to keep them informed.
However, some third-party shipping integrations may update the shipping status multiple times, which could trigger multiple messages to the customer. If you've enabled this feature, it's important to observe the frequency of messages for an initial period to ensure that it's acceptable.
