How to Access WhatsApp Catalog on your WhatsApp Number?

Before using the WhatsApp catalog, ensure your products are properly set up and synced. This catalog enhances visibility and simplifies shopping for your users, allowing them to browse, message about selections, and complete purchases directly in the app. Here’s how to access the WhatsApp Catalog on your number:

Method 1: Access via Chat Tab

1. Tap the Catalog icon at the top right corner.

2. Users can browse through the listed products and click on each one to see its description.

3. Users can add products to the cart in two ways:

- Click the '+' icon next to products to specify quantities (e.g., 1, 2, 3).

- Or, from the product description, click Add to Cart and specify quantities (e.g., 1, 2, 3).

4. Selected products will be added to the cart. Users can view the products by clicking on the cart icon at the top right or the View Cart button at the bottom. They can then place their orders through the cart.

Method 2: Access via Business Profile

1. Go to your business profile.

2. Users can click on the Catalog button to view all products.

3. Alternatively, navigate to the Products section and click on See All to view the full product catalog.

(And, functionality is similar to Method 1, Step 4, where you can specify quantities or directly add to the cart from the product description.)

4, Users can also click on each product directly from the business profile to see its description, add it to the cart, and place an order.

When users click on Place Order, you'll receive their cart details directly on your Zoko dashboard. This allows you to handle orders promptly and offer payment options such as COD or other preferences you may have.
