How to Sync Contacts with Zero Orders on Shopify with Zoko
Learn how to efficiently sync contacts with zero orders on your Shopify store with Zoko using segment.
Are you eager to reach out to potential customers who haven't made any purchases yet, while also simplifying how you manage your Shopify contacts? We understand that manually handling this task can be overwhelming. However, with Zoko's seamless sync using segments, you can effortlessly organize your contacts based on their order history. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Set Filters on Shopify Store:
1. Go to your Shopify Store
2. On the left sidebar, click on Customers.
3. Click on Add Filter and choose # Numbers of Orders from the dropdown menu. Set it to Is equal to, then type 0 in the provided field.
4. Click on Apply.
5. After filtering, select all the displayed customers. Click on the three dots icon and choose Add tags. Type a tag name such as 0_order or a customized name, then click Add" and finally click on Save to apply the tag to selected customers.
Sync Contacts on Zoko using Segment:
1. Go to Apps on your Zoko dashboard.
2. On the left sidebar, select Marketing and click on Segments.
3. Click on New Segment.
4. Type the segment name such as Zero_Orders for easy identification.
5. Click on Add criteria and select Customer Properties.
6. Select Customer tags from the dropdown in the first field. Choose Contains Case Sensitive in the second field, then enter the tag name you created in your Shopify store in the third field.
7. Once criteria are set, click on Save Segment.
The Sync of contacts from your Shopify store has now begun. This process may take approximately 1 minute or longer, depending on the volume of contacts in your store.
