This flow is advantageous in many ways:

→ It helps to avoid shipping to incorrect addresses: Reconfirming COD orders before shipping can help to ensure that the package is shipped to the correct address, which can help to reduce the risk of lost or undelivered packages.

- Saves time: The flow automates the process of reconfirming COD orders, saving businesses time and effort.

HOW DOES THIS FLOW WORK
- The flow automatically sends a WhatsApp message to the customer who placed a COD order.
- The message asks the customer to reconfirm their order.
- The customer receives the message and can choose to confirm or cancel their order.
- If the customer confirms their order, it is tagged correctly in your Store backend.
- If the customer does not confirm their order, the flow sends two more messages, each one hour apart.
- If the customer confirms their order at any point, it is tagged correctly in your Store backend.
- If the customer does not confirm the order after the third reminder, it is tagged appropriately in your Store backend, but it is not automatically cancelled. You can decide to cancel the order manually, or you can wait to see if the customer contacts you to complete the purchase.
Note: The free version of the flow does not automatically cancel the order when the customer chooses the cancel option. It just tags the order appropriately in your store backend, and you can manually cancel the order if needed.
