If you wish to update your collections for WhatsApp Catalog, this guide is designed to help you efficiently manage it on the Zoko dashboard, making it easy for your customers to find what they’re looking for on WhatsApp.
Ensure that collections will appear here only if the products collections lists have been created in your Shopify store, as they will automatically sync to this dashboard.
Here’s how to update your collections on Zoko for your WhatsApp catalog.
1. Go to Apps.
2. Under Sales, select WhatsApp Catalog.
3. Scroll down, click on Select products from the shopify.
4. You will see a list of collections here. Simply identify which collection you want to showcase in your WhatsApp catalog and click on the checkbox next to each collection to select or unselect them.
Pro Tip: Use the search feature to find collections more easily.
5. After selecting the collections you want to display, click on the Save button.
Note: Sync will begin, and products may take up to 90 minutes to appear in your WhatsApp catalog.
Remember, whenever you make any modifications, always click the "Save" button. If you don’t, your updates won’t be reflected in the WhatsApp catalog.
