Deleting a team is pretty straightforward, but before you do it, there are a few things to keep in mind. Even after the team is deleted, all the chats will still be there in the search, so you won’t lose any conversations. You can always reassign those chats to another agent or team whenever needed.

Since this action can’t be undone, make sure you really want to delete the team before confirming.

Note: Only Owners and Admins have permission to delete a team.

To do this:

1. Go to the More section.

2. Click on Agent.

‍

3. Go to Team Section.

‍

4. Scroll through the list, identify the team you wish to remove, and click on the Delete icon.

‍

5. A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click on Yes to finalize the deletion.
