How to see the Order History for a Contact

You can track the status of an order easily from the chat screen in Zoko by clicking on Orders on the right.
The orders section has 2 tabs
1. Current Customer: This section lists all the orders of the current customer.
2. All Customers: This section lists orders from all your customers. At times, customers place orders from different phone numbers and hence might not be visible under the Current Customer tab. Having the all customer orders here helps in checking the complete order list to track an order placed with a different phone number.
