If you have closed the chats by mistake from the chat screen or the queue section and you want to reopen them, you can do it from the Search section.

To do this:

1. Go to Search.

2. Click on Chat stage filter >> Closed chat.

3. Find the chat you want to reopen and click on the Go to chat button.

Alternatively, you can also click the button from the right preview screen.

Note: The chat will be assigned to you only, once you click on the button.

4. You can also reopen multiple chats by selecting the chats using the check box on the left and clicking on assign to.
