How to Delete an Existing Agent

You can delete an agent when they no longer need access to your Zoko dashboard. Deleting an agent is a simple process and does not remove any of the chats previously assigned to them. These chats can be reassigned to another agent on your team at any time.

To do this:

1. Go to More.

2. Select the Agents option to see the list of all agents.

3. Delete the Agent

  • Hover your mouse over the agent you want to delete.
  • Click on the Delete icon in the bottom bar.
  • A confirmation popup will appear, click Yes to confirm.

That’s it! The agent will be deleted, but all chats assigned to them will remain in your dashboard and can be reassigned as needed. Refer to this article on How to Reassign Multiple Chats
