If you're using the WhatsApp Business API and want to find or download invoices for Meta’s WhatsApp conversation fees, we’ll guide you on how to download the invoices.

To do this:

1. Go to Meta Business Suite

or

In the Business Manager settings, click on WhatsApp Accounts from the left-hand menu.

Then, choose your WhatsApp Account and select Payment Settings. This will open a new tab.

2. Click on Payment Activity.

3. If you need invoices for specific time periods or find using search by transaction ID.

• Type the transaction ID in the search field if you remember it to view the related transactions.
• You can also use the Filter by Date option to select the desired date range for your WhatsApp charges.

4. You can view all the invoices here. Click on the download icon to get the invoice. (This will provide you with a PDF file containing all the necessary details.)
