Your personal profile includes your display picture and your contact name. Zoko allows you to change these personal info. Whatsapp users cannot see your personal info and are only for internal use of the agent.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings on the top.

2. On the left, click on Personal settings.

‍

3. To change the display image, hover the mouse over the profile image and upload a picture of your choice.

‍

4. To change the agent name, enter the name you want to change here.

‍

5. Click on Update Info and your details have been updated.
