The conversation-based pricing model will include four types of conversations instead of the two types of conversations that we currently support: Business-initiated conversation and User-initiated conversations.
Four new conversation categories effective June 1, 2023
There are three types of business-initiated conversations, each of which requires customer opt-in:
4. Service Conversation - In addition, there is a fourth category called service conversations. These are all user-initiated conversations that help customers resolve their inquiries, which are started when a business responds to an inbound message from a user with a freeform response. These conversations will not change in price but will be renamed to “service conversations".
