Add items to a purchase order by selecting from individual products, or quickly create a PO from your existing Orders on Shopify. Set a PO as "Received" to update your inventory quantity, similarly to Transfers.

Please Note the Priority: Products or Collection > Global. This means, let's Say You Want To Set 10 max Quantity For All Products Available on Your Website but For One Product You want To Set 5. For this, You can Set 10 in Global Settings and 5 in Individual Product.
