How Green Package Protection Works

Once Route is installed on your store, customers will be able to add Green Package Protection against loss, theft, and damage right on the checkout page.

Route then calculates the carbon emissions created in transit and offsets them to provide a carbon neutral shipping experience.

Protection is free for merchants and costs customers up to 2% of their cart total (with a minimum of $.98) when they opt in.

Should an issue arise, customers can quickly file claims through a link sent via email or directly in the Route app. Once a claim is submitted, Route jumps into action.
