Zoko does not offer any refunds under any circumstances other than when closing a Zoko account with a positive balance. We will automatically initiate the process for a full refund of your remaining pre-paid balance, once the final tally is calculated by the system. This calculation can take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours.
Additionally, please be aware that for a refund to reach your bank, it can take up to 10 business days.
Zoko will not issue a refund for positive balances resulting from Zoko promotional codes. For example, in Trial accounts that do not have a user-supplied balance, Zoko does not provide refunds for any remaining positive balance upon their closure.
If you intend to self delete your account, raise any questions or concerns before you delete your account. Once deleted, all data is wiped from the account and we do not have access to any historic information about your account.
